In order to help you retrieve a forgotten password, we use a 'challenge - response' system. In the 'Forgotten Password Question' field, enter a question which you would be able to easily answer (child's middle name, a pet's birthday, your favorite film, etc.). In the 'Forgotten Password Answer' field, enter the correct answer.

When you forget your password, you will be 'challenged' with the question you have entered. If the answer you give matches that of the database, your password will be displayed.
